Viðareiði – Villingardalsfjall
Astonishing mountain scenery in the north and one of the Faroe Islands´ most beautiful villages from above.
Duration: 7 hours, the hike is 3-4 hours
Included: guide, lunch box, transport from and back to Tórshavn
Available in period: all year around, but not in snowy and frosty conditions.
Pick up: At the busterminal at the harbor of Tórshavn

We will drive through half of Streymoy, Eysturoy and through the northern islands to the second northern most village in the Faroe, Viðareiði, which has a lot of stories to tell. From there we hike up to the top of the fourth highest mountain of the Faroe Islands, 841 m. All the way up you will enjoy a fantastic view over all the northern islands, Fugloy, Svínoy, Borðoy, Kunoy and Kallsoy. From the top of Villingardalsfjall you also have a view over the beautiful Villingardalur on the north side.
